Founder of CAZE Real Estate Advisers

Since July 1, 2006, as the founder and director of ParisScarabee Househunters, Frank has been advising and assisting international individuals and businesses on the purchase, rental, and renovation process of apartments and studios in Paris and its close suburbs. Growing demand from clients has led us to focus since 2016 on other European cities, in particular on Berlin, Madrid, Barcelona and Balearic islands.

From 1984 to June 2006 Frank worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the last 13 years of which as partner. From 1996 he was responsible for PwC´s world-wide network of real estate tax advisers. In 2005-2006, as Global Real Estate Leader at PwC, he also directed all the other divisions within PwC that are active in real estate, in particular the real estate accountants and the real estate management consultants. For many years he was member, and later President of PwC´s French tax desk in the Netherlands. He was also seconded to Paris for PwC.

From 2005 – 2006 he was President of the INREV Tax Committee. INREV is the association for the non listed property fund industry. He has held many lectures and published articles about real estate and tax.

He studied tax law at the University of Leiden. Besides Dutch, his native language, he is fluent in French, English and German.
