Our 3-step approach

In order to provide you with an unrivaled service level, we have developed a three step service approach* for you:

1. Getting to know your wishes and start the search

You will meet, have a video conference meeting or telephone call with your personal CAZE adviser to discuss your specific wishes, criteria and budget. 

Your CAZE advisor will on the basis of this information provide you with a global overview of the possibilities of your search order.

In every property market, irrespective of whether it is for rent or purchase, you will need to secure that you can manage the financing of the transaction later in the process. At this stage, we can also advise you with our network of independent financial intermediaries and banks, if you need third party financing for the transaction later on.

2. The search and the results

Your CAZE adviser will intensively search for your property using CAZE’s network of contacts with property owners and developers and all available internet sources . 

During the whole search process your CAZE adviser stays in touch with you: to discuss the status of the search and manage visits to potential properties. And to redefine the search criteria, if necessary. 

We use independent property data sources to develop our own analytics, and verify that the property we find for you is worth your money.

3. Securing the transaction and getting you settled in

Once we have found the property of your choice and you have decided that you wish to pursue a transaction we enter into negotiations with the renter or owner.

At your request, we bring you in contact with other experts in our network, such as a trusted and affordable notary, banks and financial intermediaries, a specialist legal and tax adviser, an accountant and property manager, only where necessary.

We will guide you through the whole financial and legal process and review all legal documentation that needs to be put in place.

We get you connected to local utility providers.

Once the property is yours, CAZE may assist you with  the renovation and interior design of the property, through our network of trusted renovation companies and decorators.

We can also assist to rent out and manage your property.
